Ingredients:

  • Lime

  • Tajin

  • 1.5 oz Amethyst

  • .5 oz lime juice

  • 3 oz Pineapple Paradise

METHOD:

1. Moisten rim of a Collins glass and coat with Tajin.

2. Add ice to the glass.

3. Pour the remaining ingredients into the glass.

4. Stir gently and garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
