Avocado Protein Bread

This quick and easy recipe is packed with protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small avocado

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup of cottage cheese

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Mix your cottage cheese, avocado & egg.

  • Shape into 2 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet.

  • Add your seasoning and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Take them out, add your favorite sandwich fillings and enjoy!
