Avocado Protein Bread
This quick and easy recipe is packed with protein!
Ingredients:
1 small avocado
1 egg
1/3 cup of cottage cheese
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix your cottage cheese, avocado & egg.
Shape into 2 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Add your seasoning and bake for 20 minutes.
Take them out, add your favorite sandwich fillings and enjoy!
