Blended Strawberry Oats

Ingredients:

For the Blended Strawberry Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 pinch salt

    Chocolate Shell

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate

  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients for the blended oats to a blender and blend until a smooth (ish) batter-like consistency forms

  2. Add to your bowls/jars/ramekins and smooth out the top

  3. Melt your chocolate (in the microwave or in a double boiler) along with the coconut oil (if using)

  4. Pour over the blended oats and smooth out so it covers the top.

  5. Place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours (or overnight). Enjoy!
