Serves: 2-4 people
Ingredients:
1 head romaine cut and cleaned
1/3 cup diced red and green bell peppers
1 tbs. diced red onions
1 tbs. diced cucumbers
1 whole tomato diced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried thyme
1/3 cup pita chips
1 tsp Sumac
DRESSING
1 tbsp Limoneira lemon juice
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Salt
Directions:
In a separate bowl add dressing ingredients and whisk.
Toss all other ingredients together then finish with dressing.
Top with dried pita chips and sprinkle with sumac.
