Hummus with Fresh Lemons

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 cup Limoneira lemon juice
1 cup tahini paste

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

  2. Puree/Blend until smooth.
