Vegan Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1-1/2 Cups all purpose flour ( alt; almond flour/keto flour)
1 cup sugar ( can use monk fruit)
1/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water.
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven at 350
Combine and whisk together; flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda
Add vanilla, vinegar, oil, and water to the dry ingredients until completely combined.
You can make cupcakes or a full cake by; Pour mixture into cupcake trays or a 8x8 inch pan( greased or parchment lined) and bake for 30-35 min. Check the cake with a toothpick removing with a few crumbs ( not clean) let cool and top with your favorite frosting.
