Ingredients

  • 8 oz Medium Contessa Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup Litehouse Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 8 oz Mann’s Sugar Snap Peas, trimmed
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the peeled and deveined shrimp in a small bowl. Mix in the Litehouse Sesame Ginger Dressing. Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium frying pan over high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Introduce the trimmed sugar snap peas to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until the peas become bright in color and are just tender, which usually takes around 2 minutes.
  5. Now, add the shrimp marinated in the dressing to the frying pan. Continue to cook while stirring frequently until the shrimp are cooked through. This typically takes around 4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the sautéed shrimp and sugar snap peas to a serving bowl.
  7. Serve the dish immediately.
