Italian Hot Chocolate
Ingredients:
4 ounces Dark Chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar or your favorite sugar substitute
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa unsweetened
1 cup milk
1 tsp corn starch
PREPARATION:
Whisk 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside
In another bowl mix the cocoa and sugar and set aside
In a small pot heat the rest of the milk until boiling and then reduce heat to low
Sdd the milk & cornstarch mixture and then slowly add the cocoa mixture
Once smooth, add the dark chocolate and whisk for approximately 2.5 minutes.
Serve immediately with desired toppings. Enjoy!
