Italian Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces Dark Chocolate

  • 2 tablespoons sugar or your favorite sugar substitute

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa unsweetened

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tsp corn starch

PREPARATION:

  1. Whisk 1/4 cup milk and cornstarch in a small bowl and set aside

  2. In another bowl mix the cocoa and sugar and set aside

  3. In a small pot heat the rest of the milk until boiling and then reduce heat to low

  4. Sdd the milk & cornstarch mixture and then slowly add the cocoa mixture

  5. Once smooth, add the dark chocolate and whisk for approximately 2.5 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately with desired toppings. Enjoy!
