Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 10-12 sheets)
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Add the graham crackers to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.
- Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the melted butter and sugar.
- Mix until the crumbs are completely moistened.
- Add one heaping tablespoon of the crumb mixture to each lined muffin tin.
- Use the bottom of a drinking glass or spoon to press down and compact the crumbs.
- If using larger muffin liners, add a little extra crumb mixture to make it higher.
- Bake the crusts for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely before adding cheesecake filling or other toppings.
