Decadent Gorgonzola Figs Dressed in Honey
Ingredients:
Figs
Gorgonzola Or Goat Cheese
Honey
Lavender or Rosemary
Directions:
Quarter figs, cutting three-quarters of the way down.
Stuff the figs with Gorgonzola or goat cheese.
Roast in a baking pan at 425° for 12 minutes, until softened.
Serve drizzled with warmed honey add rosemary or lavender
