Fettuccine Pasta with Pecan Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Each Box of Fettuccine Pasta
  • 3 Cups Cream
  • 1 Cup Pecans
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Each Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Oz Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and White Pepper, to taste
  • Olive Oil Blend, as needed

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add some water and salt; bring it to a boil and cook the pasta al dente. While the pasta is cooking, add the cream, pecans, cheese, garlic and pepper in a blender and start blending; slowly start adding the oil until you reach a creamy consistency. Add the mixture to the hot pasta and mix well or pour it individually on every dish. Garnish with the parsley.
