Egg Nog
Ingredients:
12 Each Jumbo Eggs
1/2 Lb Granulated Sugar
1 Qt Whole Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Qt Heavy Cream, lightly whipped
Nutmeg, freshly grated for garnish
PREPARATION:
Separate egg yolks from whites; reserve whites.
Beat yolks in a large bowl; gradually add sugar.
Beat until mixture thickens; stir in milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour into a large punch bowl. Cover and chill for 3-4 hours.
Beat egg white separately, fold into egg yolk mixture.
Fold in whipped cream before serving.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
