They are focused on sourcing local and fresh ingredients and both the food and the wine menu are influenced by what’s in season and what is at its peak quality. The medium they chose to introduce their food philosophy, is Pizza. They believe it is the perfect canvas to present the beautiful produce grown within this region… plus who doesn’t love pizza!!!! Not only do they have beautiful pizzas, they also have bright fresh salads, delicious crispy chicken & more!
