When talking about Chef Maycoll Calderón, it is impossible to let the passion with which he season his creations pass. His success is born in his own instinct and with his experiences in the kitchen, next to some of the best chefs in the world such as: Jean George, Ferran Adriá, Juan Mari Arzac among others. All this, together with his restless and prolific creativity, have led him to bet on the country kitchen, a concept with which he started to walk Huset, one of his most outstanding personal projects.

Cuando se habla del chef Maycoll Calderón es imposible dejar pasar la pasión con la que sazona sus creaciones. Su éxito nace en su propio instinto y con sus experiencias vividas en la cocina, al lado de algunos de los mejores chefs del mundo como: Jean George, Ferran Adriá, Juan Mari Arzac entre otros. Todo esto, junto a su inquieta y prolífera creatividad, le han llevado a apostar a la -cocina de campo-, un concepto con el que echó a andar a Huset, uno de sus proyectos personales más destacados.
