Viral Protein Bowl

  1. Cook the Ground Beef – In a skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as you go. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Set aside.

  2. Prep the Sweet Potatoes – Roast or air fry sweet potatoes until fork-tender. I cooked mine in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes with avocado oil spray and seasonings.

  3. Assemble the Bowl – Start with a base of cooked sweet potatoes, then add a generous scoop of cottage cheese.

  4. Layer on the Goodness – Top with the taco-seasoned beef and sliced avocado.

  5. Drizzle & Serve – Finish it off with hot honey and hot sauce for that sweet-spicy kick. Mix it all together for the ultimate flavor explosion!
