Flavored Whipped Cream

What do I do to make whipped cream more interesting?

Ingredients:
2 Cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 Cup sifted powdered sugar
1/8 tsp extract of your choosing

Directions:
1. Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream to a mixer
2. Sift 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (no lumps)
3. Add powdered sugar to whipping cream
4. Add 1/8 tsp of extract
5. Beat until it forms high peaks
