Hocus Pocus Witches Brew with Eyeball Ice Cubes

As seen on GOOD DAY SAC - This spooky drink is delicious and so easy to make!  The color will change, eyeball ice will bob, and dry ice will billow like potion…

*You can make it as a punch or in an individual glass.

Ingredients:

  • Butterfly Pea Flower

  • Simple syrup (made with honey)

  • Sparkling water

  • Edible glitter

Optional additions:

  • Dry ice

  • Ice molds containing fake eyeballs, spiders (or anything fun & spooky!)

METHOD:

1. Add Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, simple syrup, edible glitter, and sparkling water together and shake.

2. Pour into a glass over eyeball ice cubes.

3. Add fresh lemon juice and a small chunk of dry ice.
