Mango Banana Breakfast Sundae

Ingredients
Sundae
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 mango, sliced
- 1 tbsp granola (Recipe follows)
Granola
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- Approximately 5 lbs granola (use more if using wet)
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup banana chips
- 1 cup dried cherries
Dressing
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup whipped heavy cream
Garnish (Optional)
- Dendrobium Orchid
Instructions
Sundae
- Place sliced bananas at the bottom of a bowl.
- Add a layer of cottage cheese on top of the bananas.
- Arrange the mango slices over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle 1 tbsp of granola over the mango.
- Drizzle the dressing over the sundae.
Granola
- Mix the granola, nuts, and wet ingredients by hand.
- Bake at 225°F until lightly toasted or dry.
- Once cooled, add the banana chips, dried cherries, and raisins.
Dressing
- Prepare the dressing by blending cream cheese, lime juice, honey, and whipped heavy cream until smooth.
Presentation
- Garnish the Mango Banana Breakfast Sundae with a fresh dendrobium orchid.
- Serve and enjoy this elegant and delicious breakfast treat.
