Leftover Cranberry Delights

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
Zest of orange or mandarin
1 & 1/2 sticks of cold butter - cut into pieces
1 large organic egg
2 cups left over cranberry sauce
1 cup chopped Boozy walnuts

Directions:
Preheat over to 375
Use a 9x13 inch pan or individual ramekins
Stir together all dry ingredients and zest until combined. Use a pastry cutter/fork or food processor to blend in egg and butter. Mixture will turn into a crumbly dough. Pat half the dough into the 9x13 oven safe pan or 1 large tablespoon or spoonful, enough to cover the bottom and slightly up the sides- pat loosely into the ramekin. Spread the cranberry sauce over the first layer of dough ( for ramekins use a little over 1 tablespoon/ large spoon full of cranberry sauce).crumb the rest of the dough on top. Sprinkle the top layer with the boozy nuts and bake.
Bake between 45-50 nuts in a 9x13 pan
Bake 30-35 minutes in a ramekin or until the top is slightly brown.
