Chicken Marsala with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Each (5 Oz) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Lb Shiitake Mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 Cup Marsala Wine
- 1/2 Pint Whipping Cream
- 1 Each Can Campbell’s® Soup Brown Sauce
- Lawry’s® Seasoning Salt, to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Mix seasoning salt and flour in a bowl.
- Place oil in pan and heat to 350 degrees.
- Dip chicken breasts in seasoned flour and place in pan with oil.
- In separate pan, sauté mushrooms with Marsala wine and whipping cream.
- Combine chicken with the sautéed mushrooms and brown sauce and reduce heat to low for 60 seconds.
- Then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
