Cauliflower Herb Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
¼ cup Parmesana
¼ cup Mozzarella
Pinch of salt
Chopped Rosemary (approx. 3 fresh sprigs)
You can substitute herbs - use what you like such as; Oregano/basil

Directions:

  1. Sauté Cauliflower (microwave or stove top)

  2. Mix together cauliflower, eggs, cheeses & salt (The cauliflower acts as the flour and the eggs bind it together.)

  3. Add remaining ingredients, fresh herbs

  4. Add to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper

  5. Bake at 450 for 15-20 min

  6. Let cool cut and serve.

  7. You can add extra herbs and a dash of salt to top - or use this as a pizza crust.
