Blueberry Yogurt Bark
Blueberry Lavender Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (you can freeze the berries for quicker freezing)
- 1 teaspoon lavender
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup or sugar alternative (such as monkfruit), for added sweetness
- Optional toppings: Chocolate chips, Granola, Walnuts, Coconut
Instructions
- In a blender or mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, fresh blueberries, lavender, and sweetener of your choice. Blend or mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. You can use a high-powered blender for easy mixing.
- Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined cookie sheet, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
- If desired, sprinkle your preferred toppings over the yogurt layer. You can use chocolate chips, granola, walnuts, and coconut, or any other toppings you prefer.
- Place the cookie sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze completely. This usually takes a few hours.
- Once the yogurt bark is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it apart into desired bark-sized pieces.

Blueberry Protein Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon honey, sugar substitute, or maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons to 1/2 cup plain water (adjust for desired consistency, or use coconut water as a substitute if desired)
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine the fresh blueberries, water, protein powder, and honey (or sugar substitute). Blend until well mixed.
- Add the plain yogurt and vanilla extract (if using) to the blender. Blend again until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly to create a layer that is approximately 1/2 inch thick.
- If desired, sprinkle your preferred toppings over the yogurt mixture. You can use granola, walnuts, chocolate blueberries, strawberries, cherry pieces, or any other toppings of your choice.
- Place the sheet pan in the freezer and let it set for about 2 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once the bark is frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it apart into desired bark-sized pieces.
- Serve the Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bark immediately and enjoy!

Blueberry Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3/4 cup melted chocolate
- Toppings (optional): Additional chocolate, Blueberries, Granola, Nuts, Strawberries
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, blueberries, and melted chocolate. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.
- If desired, sprinkle additional toppings such as chocolate, blueberries, granola, nuts, or strawberries over the yogurt mixture.
- Place the sheet pan in the freezer and let it freeze for up to 2 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the sheet pan from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into smaller, bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately
