Tropical Mango Mezcalita
INGREDIENTS
1.5oz @los_sundays Coconut Tequila
1.5oz @madremezcal
1 Lime, Juiced
3/4oz Cream of Coconut
1/2oz Simple Syrup (optional)
3oz Mango Nectar
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker add ice, tequila, mezcal, lime juice, cream of coconut, simple syrup and mango nectar.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into glass and garnish with pineapple leaf or dehydrated citrus.
METHOD
Combine mango puree with simple syrup = 2 cups mango puree + 1 cup simple syrup
