Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces tequila
5 limes
4 oz triple sec or cointreau
1/2 jalapeño
16 ounces frozen pineapple
crushed ice, for blending
salt or chili lime seasoning, for rimming the glass
METHOD
In a blender add tequila, lime juice, triple sec, jalapeño slices and frozen pineapple. Blend for 30 seconds. Add 1 cup of ice, or more as needed, and blend until fully pureed.
Rim glasses with a cut lime and then dip the rim into salt or chili lime spice.
Pour blended margarita into glasses and garnish with jalapeño slices and lime wheels.
