Non-Alcoholic Cayenne Plum Margarita
INGREDIENTS
Topo Chico
2oz Plum Sauce, recipe below*
3/4oz Orange Juice
1/2 Lime, juiced
Salt & ground cayenne pepper
Plum slice
Lime wedge
METHOD
In a cocktail shaker add ice, plum sauce, orange juice, and lime juice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
On a small plate combine salt and ground cayenne pepper.
Cut a lime wedge and cut a slit in the lime to rim the glass with lime juice.
Once the glass is rimmed with lime juice, roll into your salt mix. Make sure you salt as desired.
Add ice to the margarita glass.
Double strain into glass and top with topo chico.
Garnish with fresh plum slice.
