Rosemary & Cucumber Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2oz Gin

  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup

  • 3/4oz Lime Juice

  • Rosemary Sprigs

  • 2 Slices of Cucumber

  • Peppercorns

  • @guayaki Ginger Sage Sparkler

  • Garnish: Peeled Cucumbers & Peppercorns


    METHOD:

  • In your shaker, add gin, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumber, peppercorns, and rosemary sprigs and muddle.

  • Once muddled, add ice and shake.

  • Add ice to a wine glass and double strain into the glass.

  • Top with desired @guayaki Ginger Sage Sparkler.

  • Garnish with cucumber slices and peppercorns
