Cantaloupe Basil Mezcal

INGREDIENTS

  • 2oz Mezcal

  • 1/2oz Monkfruit Simple Syrup

  • 3/4oz Lime Juice

  • 4-5 Basil Leaves

  • 3oz Fresh Cantaloupe Juice

  • Topo Chico

METHOD

  1. In your shaker, add mezcal, simple syrup, lime juice, basil leaves, and cantaloupe and muddle.

  2. Once muddled, add ice and shake.

  3. Add ice to a glass and double strain into the glass.

  4. Top with desired Topo Chico

  5. Garnish with lime wheel and basil leaves
