Aperol Strawberry Rose
STRAWBERRY PURÉE
2 2/3 cups Strawberries
1.5oz Lavender Simple Syrup
1.5oz Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Monkfruit sugar
APEROL STRAWBERRY ROSÉ
2oz Strawberry purée
Sparkling Rosé
1.5oz Aperol
Sparkling Water
METHOD
STRAWBERRY PURÉE
Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut in half. Toss with sugar, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup in a bowl and allow to macerate for about 1 hour.
Pour the mixture in a blender until liquified. Strain through a fine mesh strainer in a large glass.
APEROL STRAWBERRY ROSÉ
Add Strawberry Purée and aperol in a coupe glass.
Add desired sparkling rose.
Top with sparkling water
