Aperol Strawberry Rose

STRAWBERRY PURÉE

  • 2 2/3 cups Strawberries

  • 1.5oz Lavender Simple Syrup

  • 1.5oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 cup Monkfruit sugar

APEROL STRAWBERRY ROSÉ

  • 2oz Strawberry purée

  • Sparkling Rosé

  • 1.5oz Aperol

  • Sparkling Water

METHOD

STRAWBERRY PURÉE

  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut in half. Toss with sugar, lemon juice, and lavender simple syrup in a bowl and allow to macerate for about 1 hour.

  2. Pour the mixture in a blender until liquified. Strain through a fine mesh strainer in a large glass.

APEROL STRAWBERRY ROSÉ

  1. Add Strawberry Purée and aperol in a coupe glass.

  2. Add desired sparkling rose.

  3. Top with sparkling water
