Marinated Ahi Wraps

Serves 4

Ingredients:

6 oz Ahi Tuna
½ Oz Soy-Mirin Vinaigrette
1 Tbs Green onion, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ oz Jimaca, julienned
¼ oz Enoki mushrooms
¼ oz Daikon sprouts-ikon sprouts
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
¼ Cup Carrots, julienne
3 Lettuce Leafs

Directions:

Mix Tuna with vinaigrette and green onions.

Divide the tuna mixture on the lettuce leafs. Add remaining ingredients equally on each leaf. Salt and Pepper to taste.  Roll and close with a toothpick.

Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary
