INGREDIENTS

• Egg White

• 2 ounces Gin

• 1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice

• 3/4 ounce Honey Lavender Simple Syrup

• Lavender sprig to garnish

  
  METHOD:

• Add all ingredients into shaker

• Dry shake

• Shake again with ice

• Add ice to a coupe glass

• Pour into coupe glass

• Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig
