Classic Aperol Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ounces Aperol

  • 3 ounces dry Prosecco

  • 1 ounce or a splash sparkling water

  • Orange slice, for garnish


    METHOD:

  • Add ice to a wine glass.

  • Pour the Aperol into the glass.

  • Pour in an equal amount of Prosecco.

  • Top with a splash of club soda.

  • Add a slice of orange.
