Ingredients:

  • 14 to 5 peaches (medium size)

  • 2 cups heavy organic whipping cream

  • 14oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla paste or pure Vanilla extract

PREPARATION:

  1. Prepare peaches by cleaning, peeling and removing the pit.

  2. Take two peaches, slice them and set aside in ice cold lemon water.

  3. Take the remaining two peaches and puree. Set aside.

  4. Next, prepare whipped cream by beating together the whipping cream to reach peaks (approx. 3 min.). The whipped cream should be very cold (you can chill your beaters and bowl). Set aside.

  5. In a new bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla paste.

  6. Mix gently then add in the whipped cream while still mixing gently.

  7. Next, fold in the peach puree and the sliced peaches.

  8. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours for soft serve ice cream or freeze overnight for a firmer ice cream.

  1. Note: You can substitute this recipe for any fresh fruit that is in season!
