The Quiet Man Chai Whiskey

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz The Quiet Man Whiskey

• 1 oz Amaretto

• 1 Egg White

• 1 oz Lemon Juice

• ½ oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup

• Ice

• Maraschino Cherries, to garnish

METHOD

1. In a cocktail shaker add The Quiet Man whiskey, amaretto, egg white, lemon juice and simple syrup.

2. Shake without ice for 30 seconds.

3. Add 1 cube ice to your shaker and shake. (for an added froth, shake until the ice has completely dissolved).

4. Pour into whiskey glass.

5. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
