Ingredients
1 lb Dark Pitted Cherries
Zest of one orange
1 Vanilla Bean. split and scraped
4 OZ Sugar
8 OZ Brandy
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients including the Vanilla Pod and bring to boil.
Turn down heat and simmer for 10 min
Let Cherries cool in liquid.
Strain out Vanilla Pod and store in infused liquid, chilled.
