Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 10-12 sheets)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Add the graham crackers to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs are formed.
  3. Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl and add the melted butter and sugar.
  4. Mix until the crumbs are completely moistened.
  5. Add one heaping tablespoon of the crumb mixture to each lined muffin tin.
  6. Use the bottom of a drinking glass or spoon to press down and compact the crumbs.
  7. If using larger muffin liners, add a little extra crumb mixture to make it higher.
  8. Bake the crusts for 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and cool completely before adding cheesecake filling or other toppings.
