Cranberry Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • Cranberry Sauce  ( preferable homemade)

  • 1 baguette or one Atoria’s Lavash flatbread

  • 1- 8 0Z  goat cheese 

  • Sprigs of Rosemary

  • 2 Tbs. Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cut the flat bread into squares and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. Remove from oven and let cool. Using room temperature goat cheese spread a layer of goat cheese on the cracker. Top with a spoon full of homemade cranberry sauce. Top with fresh rosemary and Sprinkle with a small amount of salt and pepper. 

You can use Atoria’s Lavash flatbread or any baguette ( sourdough)  for this recipe.
