Place Potatoes in pot, cover with water, and heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes. Add Pepper and Broccoli. Cook 5 minutes or until Vegetables are tender.
Mix Soup, Mayonnaise, Onions, Lemon Juice, and Thyme in saucepan. Heat through. Serve over Vegetables.
Have all ingredients ready to go before you start cooking.
Mix the Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil, and Cornstarch, together in a bowl. Add the Beef strips. Stir and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
