1 Q by volume of sugar
2Q of water
Combine 1/3 cup brewed Medaglia D'Oro Espresso with ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour the hot espresso mixture over the softened ice cream and stir to blend. Freeze, stirring often, until frozen latte is the consistency of a very thick shake.
Combine remaining 2 Tbsp. brewed espresso with vanilla syrup. Pour 3 Tbsp. of syrup mixture into a small, shallow plate and the raw sugar into a second plate. Dip two 10-ounce wine or parfait glasses into syrup, then into sugar to coat the rims of the glasses.
In an infusion jar, combine all ingredients. (The mixture can infuse for as little as 5 hours; overnight would be best). Drain infused vodka into martini glass, rim mouth of glass with cocoa powder and garnish with a cherry.
*IDEA: Pour most of the juice off of a 16 oz jar of maraschino cherries and use that jar to create the drink. This jar allows for about 6 oz of liquor between Level (4 oz) and DeKuyper (2 oz) and 1 vanilla bean. Follow description as above, pouring the infusion into shaker with ice, straining and pouring.
Whip heavy cream until light and fluffy. Add cheese, Bailey’s and sugar. Mix well. Fill a pastry bag with the cream mixture, and then layer a small amount of the cream mix in a large cup or mug. Add 2 ladyfinger halves dipped in the espresso to the cup. Add another layer of cream and top with two more espresso-soaked ladyfinger halves. Finish with the top layer of cream. Place on a saucer, and garnish with berries, cocoa powder and brown sugar.
Add ABSOLUT Vodka and strawberry puree into a chilled champagne glass. Top up with champagne. Garnish with 1 whole strawberry.
Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain and serve. Garnish with apple wedge/slice.
Muddle rosemary, thyme and vermouth in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and ¼ Cup Level® Vodka. Shake, strain through a sieve into a martini glass, and garnish with a citrus-stuffed green olive skewered on a rosemary sprig.
Place ingredients in a jar, cover, and let stand a fortnight.
