I Love You So Matcha Guava Gin Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Gin

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder

  • 3/4 oz Guava Juice

  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

  • Half Lemon, Squeezed

  • Egg White

  • Ice

METHOD

  1. In your shaker, add matcha, gin, guava juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white.

  2. Dry shake, 30 seconds.

  3. Add ice and shake, 30 seconds.

  4. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with fresh matcha powder.
