INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ cup water

• 2 ounces whiskey

• 3 teaspoons honey, to taste

• 3 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste

• 1 lemon round

• 1 cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

  
  METHOD:

• In a pot, bring water to a simmer and pour the hot water into a mug.

• Add whiskey, 3 teaspoons honey and 3 teaspoon lemon juice.

• Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water.

• Garnish with a lemon round and cinnamon stick.
