Chocolate & Cherry Whiskey Iced Latte

INGREDIENTS


BOURBON CHERRY SYRUP

  • 2 cups pitted Bing cherries

  • 1/2 cup monkfruit sugar

  • 3/4 cup bourbon

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY WHISKEY ICED LATTE

  • 1.35oz Altissio Nespresso

  • 1.5oz Whiskey

  • 1oz Cherry Syrup

  • 1/2cup Desired Milk

  • Chocolate syrup

  • Fresh cherries for garnish

METHOD

CHERRY SYRUP

  1. In a large saucepan, add cherries, sugar, bourbon and lemon juice. Over medium low heat, cook until thick and syrupy, 30 to 40 minutes.

  2. Remove from the heat and let cool.

CHOCOLATE AND CHERRY WHISKEY ICED LATTE

  1. Fill two glasses with ice and add 1oz of the cherry syrup to each glass. (you can add more or less depending on how sweet you want it)

  2. Add espresso and milk and mix to combine.

  3. Drizzle chocolate syrup around the glass and top with a fresh cherry.
